Our accommodations are anything but common.

Bedroom 1: A bright, cozy retreat featuring a bespoke, plush slipcovered queen bed with butter-soft linens, roomy closet with a floor-length mirror, large vintage mid-century modern desk with a stool, and cheerful, one-of-a-kind décor.

Howdy! I’m Caitlin—lover of dogs, travel, food, people, music, and coffee.

A year of backpacking abroad taught me to travel with ease and embrace adventure. Today, I bring that same steady-handed sense of exploration to my work as a local Indianapolis-area realtor—with 15 years of professional experience in graphic and interior design. I specialize in creating & showcasing spaces that reflect the unique personality and spirit of their owners & surroundings.

Originally from Austin, I now call Indy home, where I soak up all four magical seasons with my husband and our fluffy golden retriever, Norman.
